Job Title: SAP OCM / Training LeadExperience: 12 – 20 YearsLocation: Remote (Work Time – IST)Contract Duration: Short Term (6 Months, Extendable)Overview:We are seeking an experienced SAP Organizational Change Management (OCM) / Training Lead to support our global SAP implementation rollout. This part-time contract role (initially 6 months) may extend as the project evolves. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and end-user adoption across complex SAP transformation programs.Key Responsibilities:Lead and execute the change management and training strategy for SAP rollout projects.Develop and implement OCM plans, communication strategies, and stakeholder engagement frameworks.Conduct training needs analysis and design role-based training programs aligned with SAP modules.Create, curate, and manage training materials, e-learning content, and job aids.Collaborate with functional leads and SMEs to ensure effective knowledge transfer.Perform change impact assessments and define mitigation plans.Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions and manage global training rollouts.Track adoption readiness and monitor post-go-live user feedback.Partner with PMO and HR teams to align change initiatives with organizational transformation goals.Requirements:12–20 years of total experience, with at least 8 years in SAP OCM and training leadership roles.Proven success in end-to-end change and training programs for large-scale SAP rollouts (S/4HANA preferred).Strong understanding of SAP functional areas and integration points.Expertise in organizational communication, stakeholder management, and user adoption.Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Experience working in remote, cross-functional global environments.Familiarity with digital adoption tools (e.g., SAP Enable Now, WalkMe, uPerform) is a plus.Skills & Tools:SAP OCM, SAP Training, Change Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Communication Strategy, Learning Management, SAP Enable Now, Training Delivery, End-user Adoption, Organizational Readiness, Project Management, S/4HANA, Train-the-Trainer, Instructional Design, Performance Support, Digital Adoption Tools, Cross-functional Collaboration, Remote Delivery
