About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled Data Science / Big Data Engineer with strong expertise in data wrangling, large-scale data processing, and advanced analytics. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable ETL pipelines, working with big data ecosystems, and leveraging SQL, Python/R, and visualization tools to deliver data-driven Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL pipelines for structured and unstructured data.

- Perform data wrangling, cleansing, and transformation to ensure high-quality datasets.

- Work with Big Data technologies such as Apache Spark and Hadoop for large-scale data processing.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into analytical solutions.

- Build and optimize data models, ensuring performance and scalability.

- Develop dashboards and reports using data visualization tools to communicate insights effectively.

- Apply domain knowledge to drive actionable recommendations and business outcomes.

- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and quality Skills & Experience :

- 4-6 years of proven experience in Data Science / Big Data engineering.

- Strong programming skills in SQL and Python/R.

- Expertise in data wrangling, ETL tools, and pipeline development.

- Hands-on experience with Apache Spark, Hadoop, or related big data frameworks.

- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

- Strong understanding of data modeling, data governance, and performance optimization.

- Domain knowledge in one or more industries (Finance, Retail, Healthcare, Qualifications :

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for big data solutions.

- Experience with real-time data streaming tools (Kafka, Flink).

- Knowledge of ML/AI workflows will be an added advantage.
