Responsibilities :

- Lead the management and delivery of projects, overseeing the entire lifecycle from conception to execution, ensuring adherence to scope and accommodating change requests.

- Engage with clients to grasp their business and functional needs and translate them into technical specifications.

- Guide the team in establishing technical architecture and finalising database schemas.

- Mentor and support team members, nurturing their professional development.

- Evaluate and enhance code quality, performance, stability, and scalability of deliverables.

- Drive the team's technical proficiency through training initiatives.

- Monitor development and unit-testing progress, delivering regular project status updates.

- Assume end-to-end responsibility, including design and unit testing of code.

- Capable of specifying, planning, and delivering new or updated application functionalities.

- Proficient in understanding applications, data interfaces, and hosting environments.

Requirements :

- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of breaking down complex issues into manageable tasks.

- Skilled in devising implementation strategies for event-driven data integration according to business requirements.

- Familiarity with emerging tools such as columnar and NoSQL databases, and unstructured data.

Skills and Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in both frontend and backend development.

- Proficient understanding of server-side development using Node.js, Express, and MongoDB.

- Strong proficiency in React.js and its core principles for front-end development.

- Solid understanding of Bootstrap and UI design principles for responsive design implementation.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax.

- Familiarity with RESTful API design principles and best practices.

- Experience with MVC architecture and implementing CRUD operations.

- Familiarity with middleware, JWT authentication, and error-handling techniques.

- Proficient in asynchronous programming using Promises and async/await.

- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.

- Strong understanding of JSON and its usage within web development.

- Familiarity with code linting tools like ESLint.

- Experience with testing frameworks such as Mocha and Chai is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
