The ASM will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding distribution, building strong retailer/wholesaler networks, and ensuring the brand’s presence in the cosmetics & personal care market.Key Responsibilities:- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory. - Appoint, train, and manage distributors, stockists, and retailers. - Drive secondary and tertiary sales through effective planning & execution. - Implement sales promotions, schemes, and product launches in the market. - Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence. - Regularly visit the market to maintain strong relationships with retailers & beauty advisors. - Manage, motivate, and guide the sales representatives/beauty advisors’ team. - Ensure visibility and availability of products across modern trade & general trade. - Prepare and submit weekly/monthly MIS reports to the Regional Sales Manager.Desired Candidate Profile:- Education: Graduate / MBA (preferred) - Experience: 3–6 years in Cosmetics sales with at least 2 years handling Andhra Pradesh and Telangana region headquartered in Hyderabad. - Strong distributor & retailer network knowledge in Punjab. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills. - Ability to work under pressure and achieve aggressive targets. - Must be willing to travel extensively within the region.What We Offer:- Competitive salary + attractive incentives. - Opportunity to grow in a fast-expanding cosmetic brand. - Exposure to modern trade, general trade, and salon channels. - Supportive work culture with performance-driven rewards.How to Apply:Interested candidates may send their updated CV to manan.sharma@reneecosmetics.in with the subject line “Application for ASM – Telangana and Andhra Pradesh (Hyderabad)”.
