Position: Product Owner

Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune

Experience: 9+ years (relevant experience: 9+ years)

Notice Period: Immediate to 20 days

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, translating business requirements into actionable product backlog items.

- Define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog in alignment with the product vision and strategic goals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, and business) to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.

- Conduct regular backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions.

- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.

- Monitor product performance, collect feedback, and drive continuous improvements.

- Ensure the product roadmap is effectively communicated and understood by stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum of 9 years of total professional experience, with at least 9 years as a Product Owner or in a similar product-focused role.

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management best practices.

- Proven track record of delivering successful products from concept to launch.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.

- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
