Job Description: Salesforce Service Max Consultant/QA

Position: Salesforce Service Max Consultant/QA

Experience: 2 to 4 years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Salesforce QA Specialist to join our team. This role requires a good understanding of testing fundamentals and Salesforce service max concepts along with the responsibility to maintain these systems for comprehensive coverage of our Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with developers to test the changes into the development lifecycle, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in identifying and resolving defects.


Responsibilities and Requirement:


1. Design the test cases with proper details and their execution.

2. Reporting issues in JIRA with proper details.

3. Test the customizations, enhancements, and integrations in Salesforce Service Max.

4. Test the bug fixes to make sure they work as per requirements.

5. Perform regression testing to make sure that release is stable enough.

6. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Salesforce Service Max application, troubleshooting issues in a timely manner.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users, developers, and administrators, to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Salesforce Service Max.

8. Create and maintain documentation, including test cases, testing plans and user guides.

9. Stay informed about new Salesforce features and best practices, and recommend updates and improvements to the Salesforce Service Max implementation.

10.Certification: Any Salesforce certification would be a plus point
