Role Overview We’re looking for a Product Designer with a strong foundation in UI/UX design to craft intuitive, data-driven, and high-performance trading experiences. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and traders to translate complex trading workflows into seamless user journeys that empower both beginners and pros. Key Responsibilities Design user-centered interfaces for Nubra’s web and mobile platforms. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define the user experience strategy and translate product requirements into design flows. Build interactive prototypes to validate concepts and gather feedback. Evolve Nubra’s design system for consistency and scalability. Conduct user research , usability testing , and data-driven iterations to refine design solutions. Collaborate with the front-end engineering team to ensure pixel-perfect implementation . Stay up to date with fintech UI trends , data visualization best practices, and emerging design technologies. Requirements 3–5 years of experience in product design, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or data-heavy applications . Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design , interaction design , and visual storytelling . Proficiency in tools like Figma , Sketch , Adobe XD , or Framer . Solid understanding of information architecture , design systems , and responsive design principles . Experience designing for real-time data visualization , charts , or complex workflows is a strong plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across product, design, and engineering teams. Passion for simplifying complexity and crafting delightful digital experiences. Nice to Have Experience designing trading or investing platforms , dashboards, or analytical tools. Understanding of financial products , market data , and user psychology in trading. Familiarity with micro-interactions and motion design for engaging user experiences.
