With operations across 80+ cities and over a million customers served, we're now entering our next phase of growth-scaling our platform, deepening customer engagement, and expanding our product ecosystem to cut across the car ownership spectrum.If you're passionate about shaping high-impact learning experiences, empowering teams through effective training, and using innovative methodologies to enhance organizational capability, you'll feel right at homeKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Strong facilitation capabilities with grounding in instructional design principles, including Bloom's Taxonomy and the ADDIE model- Proficient in end-to-end content development using tools such as Articulate, SCORM packaging, and Canva- Skilled in creating high-impact presentations using Google Slides and PowerPoint- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for delivering engaging training sessions- Working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets for reporting, tracking, and learner data analysis- Understanding of LMS platforms, digital learning methodologies, and bite-sized/micro-learning Master's degree in any discipline- Minimum 3 years of overall professional experience- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a training or facilitation roleOTHER DETAILS:- 6 days working routine (Mon-Sat)- Work from Office - full time/ on site- Location - Gurugram sector 48 Haryana (ref:iimjobs.com)
