With a focus on curated design and detail, Eva Lit Design deliverscrafted spaces that feel global, aligned, and elevated .Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for aDesign Assistant + Site Coordinatorbased in New Delhi.We are seeking aDesign Assistant & Site Coordinatorfor luxury residential projects. This is ahybrid roleinvolving both design support (assisting the Principal Designer with drawings, selections, and presentations) and site coordination (ensuring design intent is executed correctly on the ground). The position reportsdirectly to the Principal Designer .Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Assistance Support in preparing layouts, drawings, and presentations (AutoCAD/SketchUp preferred). Assist with mood boards, furniture, material, and finish selections. Maintain design documentation and revisions under the Designer’s guidance.Site Coordination Visitproject and off-site locationsto oversee progress. Share photo/video/site reports with the Designer. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers. Ensure execution matches drawings and specifications. Maintain logs of site updates, approvals, and communication.Requirements 2–3 years of experience ininterior design/site coordination . Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design/Architecture. Strong knowledge ofvendors, materials, and finishes . Ability to read and interpret 2D/3D drawings. Excellent communication, organisation, and reporting skills.Compensation Starting at ₹30,000/month , depending on experience. Location:Delhi NCR(with site travel as required).
