Description:About Us:Markivis is a B2B digital marketing agency with over 7+ years of experience helping IT and technology brands grow through strategy, creativity, and execution.We deliver results with that extra touch combining innovation, excellence, and agility.Our culture emphasizes ownership, transparency, collaboration, and experimentation, enabling us to thrive in a constantly evolving digital landscape.About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager Internal Marketing to manage Markivis digital presence, social media, and content initiatives.The role aims to promote the agency and attract potential clients, strengthen brand visibility, and maintain a consistent online presence across platforms.Key Responsibilities:- Plan, create, and execute social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and other relevant platforms to enhance brand visibility.- Manage the agencys digital presence, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all channels.- Develop and maintain a content including blogs, posts, graphics, and videos to engage audiences.- Collaborate with internal teams to produce marketing collateral, case studies, presentations, and thought leadership content aimed at promoting the agency.- Monitor social media performance and analytics, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns.- Keep track of industry trends, competitor activity, and audience engagement to refine content and outreach strategy.- Ensure all digital marketing activities align with Markivis brand voice and values and contribute to agency promotion efforts.Key Qualifications:Experience: 4-7 years in marketing roles, preferably within telecom, tech, or SaaS companies.Skills:- Expertise in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing campaigns.- Experience working with B2B SaaS clients or technology-focused clients is preferred.- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.- Excellent communication, writing, and creative skills.- Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset.- Familiarity with HubSpot, marketing automation, and analytics platforms is a plus.Education: Masters degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field from a Tier 1/2 College.Location: Dwarka, New Delhi.Job Type: Full-time (In-office).Industry: Marketing Services.
