SAP Adobe Forms Specialist

3 month contract - Remote - SAP Adobe Forms SpecialistThe SAP Adobe Forms Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive Adobe Forms (SAP Interactive Forms by Adobe) used for transactional documents (e.g., invoices, quotes, delivery notes, purchase orders) and business correspondence. This role ensures compliance with corporate branding, supports multilingual and accessibility requirements, and integrates forms with S/4HANA Output Management. Key ResponsibilitiesBuild Adobe Forms using SAP transaction SFP and Adobe LiveCycle Designer.Define interface and context, bind form data (CDS/OData/RFC structures), and implement JavaScript/ABAP scripting.Develop features such as barcodes, dynamic tables, conditional sections, embedded logos, and attachments.Configure S/4HANA Output Control (OPD), BRF+ decision tables, and form templates.Set up email/print distribution, PDF generation, spool processing, and Cloud Print Manager (where applicable).Implement multilingual support, right-to-left text handling, and localized date/number formats.Ensure pixel-perfect alignment with corporate brand standards and, if required, PDF/UA accessibility compliance.Coordinate with prepress teams and external print vendors.Convert legacy Smart Forms and Adobe templates to S/4HANA Adobe Forms.Establish reusable assets (master page sets, style libraries, content fragments) to streamline development.Troubleshoot output errors, ADS connectivity issues, and performance problems (e.g., template size, image optimization).Manage transports, versioning, and variant control for form deployments.Skills & ExperienceSAP Forms development with Adobe Forms (SFP + ADS).Hands-on experience with S/4HANA Output Management, BRF+, and form data binding.Strong knowledge of S/4HANA data models across SD, MM, and FI modules.
