Freelance Informatica

Job Description: As an IICS Data Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing data integration and transformation solutions using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and data models. Your expertise in IICS will be in optimizing data workflows, transformations, ensuring data quality, and supporting data-driven decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop data integration and ETL solutions using IICS and other tools, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.

• Collaborate with business analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop effective data models and architectures.

• Implement data mapping, transformation, and validation processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency using different tools.

• Optimize data workflows and processes to improve efficiency and reduce latency.

• Provide guidance, defining process and best practices for data integration, including data security, governance, and compliance.

• Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues, providing technical support as needed.

• Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in data integration and cloud services and recommend improvements to existing systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Data Architect, Data Engineer, or similar role, with a focus on Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).

• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational and NoSQL databases.

• Familiarity with data integration tools and ETL processes.

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Informatica or related technologies.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
