Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilledSAP CRM Consultantwith 5–7 years of hands-on experience in SAP Customer Relationship Management. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise inSAP CRM functional configurations ,integration with SAP ECC/S4HANA , and a clear understanding of business processes related toSales, Service, and Marketing . You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver end-to-end CRM solutions that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications within SAP CRM. Configure and customizeSAP CRM modules(Sales, Service, Marketing, Web UI, Middleware, etc.). ManageCRM master data , partner functions, organizational management, and transaction types. Integrate SAP CRM withECC / S/4HANAand other systems (e.g., SAP BW, SAP PI/PO, SAP C4C). Support the design and development of custom enhancements, user exits, and BAdIs. Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and assist in go-live support. Troubleshoot functional and integration issues and provide production support. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including ABAP developers, BASIS, and business users. Prepare functional documentation, user manuals, and conduct end-user training. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5–7 years of experience as anSAP CRM Functional Consultant . Strong experience inCRM Sales, Service, and Marketingmodules. Experience inCRM Web UI configurationandMiddleware (BDoc, Data Exchange, Replication Models) . Understanding ofSAP ECC SD / MM integration . Exposure toSAP CRM on HANAorSAP S/4HANA Customer Managementis an advantage. Good knowledge ofBusiness Partner management ,Action Profiles , andPartner Determination . Excellent analytical, communication, and client-facing skills. Nice to Have: Experience withSAP C4C (Cloud for Customer)orSAP Sales & Service Cloud . Knowledge ofFiori appsandSAP BTP integration . SAP CRM certification is a plus.
