We are currently seeking a highly motivated and creative Meta Ads Intern to join our dynamic team.


Job Overview:

As a Meta Ads Intern, you will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing ads for Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). This includes video ads, graphic ads, and carousels. You will use design tools like Canva and Photoshop to craft these ads and must have a good understanding of effective copywriting and the ability to conduct competitive research in the healthcare and B2B sectors.


Responsibilities:

  • Ad Creation:
  • Design and produce 10-15 high-quality ads per day using Canva and Photoshop, tailored for Meta platforms.
  • Develop various types of ads including video ads, graphic ads, and carousel formats.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and digital advertising standards.
  • Copywriting:
  • Craft compelling ad copy that resonates with the target audience. Copywriting should be engaging and grammatically correct.
  • Ability to write copy in both English and Hindi.
  • Market Research:
  • Conduct competitive research to understand current trends in the healthcare and B2B sectors.
  • Analyze competitors’ advertising to inform and improve our ad strategies.
  • Creative Input:
  • Experiment with different creative elements such as fonts and design layouts to enhance ad effectiveness.
  • Provide creative ideas that can potentially increase ad engagement and conversion rates.
  • Reporting:
  • Work closely with the Performance Marketer to analyze the effectiveness of ads and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in graphic design, particularly with digital ads, is preferred but not required.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Strong copywriting skills and fluency in both English and Hindi.
  • An eye for detail and a creative mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet daily design quotas.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
