Project Manager

Role : Oracle Project Manager.

Exp : 12 Years of IT. Budget Best in the industry. Location Hyderabad. Np Immediate Joiners Only.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle EBS projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies. -

- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within the allocated budget.

- Build and lead high-performing project teams, including functional and technical consultants.

- Effectively manage and coordinate the activities of project team members, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities.

- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure project alignment with business objectives.

- Manage relationships with vendors and third-party service providers as required.

- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively developing contingency plans.

- Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders. -

- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, standards, and best practices. -

- Manage change requests and ensure proper impact assessment and approval processes are followed.

- Conduct regular project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and track action items.

- Ensure the quality of project deliverables through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes.

- Manage the go-live process and provide post-implementation support.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend best practices for Oracle EBS implementations.

- Mentor and coach project team members to enhance their skills and performance.

- Contribute to the development of project management methodologies and templates within the organization.

Technical Skills (Oracle EBS Focus) :

- Deep understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) architecture and various modules (e.g., Financials, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Human Capital Management, Projects).

- Proven experience in managing projects involving Oracle EBS implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and customizations.

- Familiarity with Oracle implementation methodologies (e.g., AIM, OUM).

- Understanding of Oracle EBS technical components, including database, application server, and integrations.

- Experience with managing projects involving Oracle EBS integrations with other enterprise systems.

- Knowledge of Oracle EBS reporting tools (e.g., Oracle Reports, BI Publisher).

- Familiarity with Oracle EBS security concepts and configurations.

- Understanding of data migration strategies for Oracle EBS projects.

Project Management Skills :

- Proven experience in managing complex IT projects with budgets and timelines.

- Expertise in using project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana).

- Strong understanding of different project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile).

- Ability to develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.

- Excellent risk management and issue resolution skills.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to lead and motivate project teams.

- Experience in managing geographically distributed teams is a plus.

Process Skills :

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 12 years of overall IT experience, with a significant portion dedicated to managing Oracle EBS projects.

- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex Oracle EBS projects on time and within budget.

- Strong understanding of business processes and their integration within Oracle EBS.
