Are you a skilled developer with a passion for building scalable solutions using the Frappe framework? We're looking for a Module Lead to join our team and drive the development and customization of Frappe/ERPNext modules. In this role, you'll play a key part in designing, building, and maintaining our enterprise applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.What You'll Do :- Development & Customization: Build and customize new Frappe modules to meet specific business needs. Develop new functionalities, troubleshoot issues in ERPNext applications, and integrate third-party APIs to ensure seamless data flow.- Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to end-users, quickly resolving system issues. Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all implementations and configurations.- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend effective technical solutions. Participate in code reviews to ensure all development adheres to high-quality standards.- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest Frappe/ERPNext developments and continuously optimize application performance to ensure efficiency and scalability.What You'll Need :Experience : 4-8 years of experience in software development.Mandatory Skills : Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript. - You must have hands-on experience with the Frappe/ERPNext framework.Technical Skills :- Solid understanding of relational databases.- Experience with Git for version control.- Knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.Soft Skills :- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Notice Period : Ability to join us with a notice period of 30 days or less is preferred.
