We are hiring an entrepreneurial person to join our team to work as an IT Recruiter. This is an on-site role.


  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter in the UK or US market, ideally from a recruitment agency specializing in Software Engineering and Technical recruitment.
  • Good track record of direct sourcing methodologies, including CV database searching, Boolean searching, Recruiter, and insights on where to find suitable candidates
  • Be able to demonstrate an understanding of the technical candidate market and the ability to assess candidates against our technical requirements
  • You will take pride in delivering a seamless resourcing service to the talent team/hiring managers
  • Ideally you will have previous experience using an ATS system and be tech-savvy
  • Happy to work 40 hours per week, ideally spread across 5 working days.


Experience Level – 1 to 3 Years

Salary: Based on current CTC & Experience

Shifts: UK Shifts - 1.30pm to 9.30pm IST

Job Location: Thane - Kalpataru Prime, Wagle Estate (Candidates need to be at a commutable distance - Out of station candidates will be rejected)
