We are looking for a skilled Frontend Developer (React.js) to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks and frontend technologies, with a passion for building scalable, performant, and user-friendly applications.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js and component-based architecture.- Implement state management solutions using tools like Redux, Zustand, or Recoil.- Integrate APIs (REST/GraphQL) with efficient async handling and error management.- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to bring designs to life using Material-UI, Tailwind, or similar libraries.- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.- Ensure high code quality with linting, testing (Jest/React Testing Library), and code reviews.- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements for faster, reliable deployments.- Stay updated on emerging frontend technologies and recommend best practices.Required Skills & Competencies : - Strong expertise in React.js, Hooks, Context API, and modern frontend design patterns.- Solid knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and DOM fundamentals.- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or similar).- Familiarity with modern tooling such as Webpack, Vite, Babel, ESLint.- Good understanding of UI frameworks like Material-UI, Tailwind.- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest/RTL) and performance optimization techniques.- Exposure to CI/CD processes and version control (Git).Preferred Qualifications :- 3-5 years of professional experience in frontend development (preferred but not mandatory).- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
