SAP HCM US Payroll ConsultantAbout the jobJob Description: - SAP HCM US Payroll ConsultantRelevant Experience (in Yrs): - 7+yrsTechnical/Functional Skills:- Must be well versed with in full gross to net US payroll calculation and configuration including as well as schemas and rules, Finance integration, BSI Tax Factory and Off-Cycle. Also understand underlying legal requirements.- Should be able to Evaluating customers' business needs, contributing to the overall strategic planning of SAP PY systems- Ability to interact with management and technical specialist and provide timely/quality advice- Should be good in understanding the business requirements and should have ability to prepare Functional Design Documents for development of various FRICEW objects (Forms, Reports, Interface, Conversion, Enhancement and Workflows).- Should be able to lead the team- To work effectively within a team environment- Good Knowledge of ASAP MethodologyExperience Required:- Should have exposure to other modules of SAP HCM like Benefits, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management and integration of HCM modules with Successfactors- Exposure to benefit integration with 3rd party system- Should have actively worked on a minimum of 1 Full life cycle implementation or support project.Roles & Responsibilities:- Assist and guide client in all phases of project life cycle.- Handle all phases like Design, document, and implement unit, integration, and parallel test plans.- Associate should able to lead team and should be able to work with other SAP HCM consultants as a team. - Adapts best methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to complex problems.- The consultant will be responsible for supporting the existing HR landscape and assisting clients in configuration, development, testing, rollout and post-roll out support of SAP HCM US Payroll solutions.- As the majority of our work is performed at different sites with significant travel required, consultant must be ready to travel.Generic Managerial Skills:- Consultant will work closely with the client core team to ensure exemplary results. - Must possess and demonstrate a high level of professionalism and customer service skills.- Excellent oral and written communication and the ability to multi-task.- Maintain customer satisfaction by handling all inquiries and deliver a high level of responsiveness and customer service.Education: 4-year degree in technical domain or related discipline, or equivalent experience (ref:iimjobs.com)
