Roles & Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, with dashboards & KPIs for business performance.- Manage accounting & bookkeeping (QuickBooks/Zoho), reconciliations, and compliance with GAAP/IFRS.- Oversee invoicing, collections, accounts payable/receivable, and revenue recognition.- Handle payroll management (PF, ESI, TDS, reimbursements, benefits) with HR.- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and vendor payments, ensuring cost efficiency.- Ensure regulatory compliance (GST/VAT, TDS, PF/ESI, annual filings) and liaise with auditors.- Implement financial systems/tools and train teams on best Bachelors in Finance/Accounting (CA/CPA/CMA preferred).- 2+ years in financial management, ideally in startups/high-growth firms.- Strong knowledge of financial statements, payroll, compliance & taxation.- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Zoho, Excel/Google Sheets, RazorpayX Payroll.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.- Experience in SaaS, digital products, or FMCG is a plus.
