Ignition Developer

Responsibilities:

• Strong experience in developing SCADA/MES application using Ignition platform
• Strong experience of Ignition perspective modules
• Good experience of developing PLC & SCADA applications
• Working experience of SQL or any other database
• Experience of working with Historian database
• Basic knowledge of python programming
• Hands on experience in network protocols like MQTT, Ethernet IP, Modbus TCP/IP, Profibus, etc.
• Strong teamwork capabilities, operating in a multi-function environment to collectively improve operations and resolve related issues
• Ability to work independently
• Willing to travel to onsite as per project requirement

Preferred Skills:

• Experience of developing PLC programs using Studio 5000, TIA portal
• Experience of Rockwell, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, etc
• Experience in JavaScript programming language. Knowledge of Azure/AWS.
• Hands on experience or interest in developing IoT application using ThingWorx or any other IoT tools/platform.
