The Performance Marketing Expert will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing and optimizing social media campaigns, driving sales through targeted marketing efforts, analyzing campaign performance, and communicating insights and recommendations. The role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing trends and the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Campaign Strategy & Execution Plan, launch, and manage performance campaigns acrossGoogle Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)andMeta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) . Build and executeROI-driven paid marketing strategiesfocused on lead generation and conversions. Collaborate with content and design teams to developcompelling creatives and landing pagesthat maximize engagement. Optimization & Analysis Continuously track and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs likeCPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR , andConversion Rate . Conduct A/B tests, audience segmentation, and bidding optimizations to enhance performance. Analyze trends, monitor budgets, and identify growth opportunities through data-driven insights. Reporting & Insights Developweekly and monthly performance dashboardsusingGoogle Analytics ,Looker Studio (Data Studio) , orExcel/Sheets . Present actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders for continuous campaign improvement. Ensure accurateconversion tracking and pixel implementationacross all platforms. Collaboration & Growth Partner with product, sales, and CRM teams to ensure lead quality and optimize the marketing funnel. Stay updated on the latestdigital marketing trends, policies, and platform updatesfrom Google and Meta. Share learnings proactively to drive a culture of experimentation and performance excellence.Qualification & Skills:Must-Have: Bachelor’s degree. 3–4 years of hands-on experiencein performance marketing (preferably inEdTechor a similar digital-first service industry). Proven expertise inGoogle AdsandMeta Ads , with a strong grasp of campaign optimization and reporting. Strong analytical mindset with proficiency inGoogle Analytics, Looker Studio, and Excel/Sheets . Experience withconversion tracking ,data attribution , andbudget management . Nice-to-Have: Certifications inGoogle AdsorMeta Blueprint . Familiarity withLinkedIn Adsor other paid channels. Working knowledge ofmarketing automation tools(e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, ActiveCampaign). Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
