Role Overview TheProgram Management Leadwill be responsible for institutionalizing theprogram management and review structurefor the organization. This role will ensure that large-scale initiatives are executed effectively, tracked rigorously, and aligned with strategic priorities.Key Responsibilities Establish and operationalize aprogram management frameworkcovering initiatives across cell, packs, ESS, and chargers. Set upgovernance mechanisms– steering committees, dashboards, review cadence, and reporting structures. Develop and implementstandardized tools, templates, and processesfor project tracking and execution. Partner with business leaders totranslate strategy into actionable programs and milestones . Monitor progress, flag risks, and drive resolution of cross-functional issues. Provide regularexecution updates to the Head Strategy, leadership team, and Board . Mentor and build aprogram management cultureacross the organization.Qualifications & Skills MBA / Master’s in Business, Strategy, Operations, or Engineering. 10–12 years’ experience inprogram/project management or strategy execution , preferably inenergy, manufacturing, or technology sectors . Strong knowledge ofprogram governance, PMO practices, and review systems . Proficiency in tools such asMS Project, Power BI, or equivalent program management platforms . Excellentleadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills . Ability todrive accountabilityin a cross-functional environment.
