🚀 Hiring: AGM/DGM –Business Development (CIS Market)Location: Mumbai BKC Company: AMN Life Science Pvt Ltd (EU-GMP Pharmaceutical Manufacturing -100% Export) Experience: 10–18 Years | Industry: Pharmaceuticals (FDF/OSD) Role Type: Full-Time | Senior Leadership Position🌍 About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced AGM/DGM – International Business Development professional to lead and expand our business across the CIS region. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in CIS pharmaceutical markets, regulatory processes, commercial management, and partner development, preferably from an EU-approved manufacturing environment.🔑 Key Responsibilities·        Drive business growth across CIS countries – Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia, etc.·        Identify new markets, appoint distributors, and lead market-entry strategies.·        Manage relationships with partners, tender authorities, regulatory bodies, and government institutions.·        Oversee dossier submissions, product registrations, renewals, and regulatory compliance as per CIS norms.·        Monitor and execute government tenders, pricing proposals, and contract negotiations.·        Develop country-wise budgets, forecasts, revenue plans, and profitability analysis.·        Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, RA, SCM, and Export Documentation to ensure smooth order execution.·        Ensure compliance with EU-GMP, CIS regulations, and international quality requirements.·        Travel to CIS markets for business development, regulatory follow-ups, and partner meetings.🎓 Qualifications·        B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc.·        MBA in International Business/Marketing preferred.·        10–18 years of experience in International Business Development for CIS markets.·        Experience working with EU-approved/EU-GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing companies is a strong advantage.·        Strong understanding of CIS regulatory norms, product registrations, tender processes, and commercial frameworks.·        Proficiency in English; Russian language skills preferred.💼 Key Skills·        CIS market expertise·        International pharma business development·        Dossier & regulatory management·        Tender & institutional business·        Pricing, negotiation & P&L management·        Distributor development·        Strong communication & leadership skillsPlease feel free to connect @8976869261 and share your CV at shankar.sahu@amnlife.com/hr@amnlife.com
