This role offers valuable exposure to real-world HR processes within a reputed beauty brand environment.Key Responsibilities:Assist inrecruitment and selection– sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews. Support inonboarding, induction, and documentationof new hires. Maintain and updateemployee records and HR databases . Coordinateemployee engagement activities , celebrations, and welfare initiatives. Help in preparing HR letters, reports, and policy documents. Assist in attendance management and leave tracking. Contribute ideas to strengthen the company’sPeople & Culture initiatives .Requirements:Pursuing or recently completedMBA / PGDM / Graduationin Human Resources or related field. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficient inMS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) . Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
