Safety Compliance Monitoring- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, standards, and company policies. - Conduct regular Center FLS (Fire & Life Safety) audits to identify hazards and non-compliance. - Plan and facilitate monthly Safety Committee meetings with operations. - Support the development and execution of safety initiatives and programs.2. Incident Prevention, Reporting & Investigation- Ensure all incidents are reported, investigated, and closed with proper CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions). - Analyze incident trends to identify improvement areas. - Promote proactive measures to reduce risk and prevent injuries.3. Promoting a Safety Culture- Foster a strong, positive safety culture throughout the organization. - Organize safety trainings, workshops, and awareness campaigns for staff.4. Stakeholder Collaboration- Work with cross-functional teams to create a unified approach to safety. - Communicate safety policies effectively across all levels of the organization. - Encourage employee feedback to enhance safety practices.5. Risk Assessment & Documentation- Stay updated on safety regulations and industry best practices. - Conduct HIRA (Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment) for new tasks, equipment, and processes. - Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of audits, training, and incidents.6. Emergency Preparedness- Assist in the development and implementation of emergency response plans. - Ensure staff are trained and aware of emergency protocols.Required Qualifications- Minimum 6+ years of experience - ME / M.Tech in Industrial Safety OR - BE / B.TechKey Competencies- Strong ethical conduct - Deep commitment to safety - Result-oriented mindset - Excellent investigation & problem-solving skills - Strong written and verbal communication - Advanced MS Office proficiency - Willingness to travel
