Clinical Psychologist

We are looking Clinical Psychologist who will be working with children and their families. In this role, you will assess emotional and behavioral concerns, offer therapeutic guidance, and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to help children manage challenges such as anxiety, emotional regulation, self-esteem issues, and school-related stress. Your approach will be child-centered, nurturing, and solution-focused.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to understand children's emotional, social, and behavioral needs.
• Provide individual and group counselling sessions for children.
• Support children dealing with anxiety, stress, mood issues, bullying, and adjustment difficulties.
• Use evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, and Mindfulness Practices.
• Work closely with parents to provide guidance and emotional support strategies.
• Collaborate with occupational, speech, and behavioral therapists for holistic care.
• Maintain detailed case records and progress reports.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Psychology, Counselling, or Clinical Psychology from a recognized institution.
• RCI Registration mandatory
• Experience working with children in educational, clinical, or rehabilitation settings.
