Description : - Design, develop, and execute performance test cases and scripts using LoadRunner or similar tools.- Analyze test results and coordinate with development teams for bug fixes.- Generate test data for non-functional requirements and monitor system performance during testing.- Prepare detailed reports of findings and recommend improvements to enhance system performance.Required Skills : - Proficiency in LoadRunner or similar performance testing tools.- Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and concepts.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.Preferred Skills : - Knowledge of other testing tools like JMeter, Gatling, or Silk Performer.- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).- Experience with cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.- Knowledge of database management systems like SQL or Oracle.- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.- Understanding of web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript.- Experience with version control systems like Git.- Knowledge of network protocols and server configurations.- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
