Senior Frontend Engineer - React/Redux We are looking for a creative and passionate Senior Frontend Engineer to shape the user experience of our high-growth food tech platform in the Indian market. You'll be instrumental in developing robust, performant, and delightful user interfaces that drive customer engagement and business growth.Qualifications and Experience:4+ years of professional experience in Frontend Development.Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and React.js, including Hooks, Context API, and component lifecycle.Deep practical experience with Redux (or modern state management libraries like Redux Toolkit/Zustand) and its middleware (e.g., Thunks or Sagas).Experience in a fast-paced startup environment, preferably within the Food Tech or E-commerce domain, is a strong plus.Solid understanding of consuming RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services.Proficiency with modern frontend build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, or Enzyme) for unit and integration testing.Familiarity with code versioning tools, especially Git.Key Responsibilities:Development and ArchitectureLead the design and development of new user-facing features for our web and mobile applications using React and Redux.Architect and maintain scalable, reusable UI components and frontend libraries that adhere to the company's design system and coding standards.Translate complex UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, pixel-perfect code.Drive the selection and adoption of new technologies and best practices to keep our frontend stack modern and efficient.Performance and QualityOwn the responsibility for frontend application performance, optimizing components for maximum speed and scalability across various devices and browsers.Implement robust testing strategies (unit and integration tests) to ensure application stability and reliability.Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to established engineering principles.Proactively identify and address technical debt and performance bottlenecks.Write to shruthi.s@careerxperts.com to get connected.
