Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Senior React Native Developer to lead our mobile app development initiatives. This role involves working on cross-platform apps with a focus on React Native while incorporating some iOS native development fundamentals. The successful candidate will drive mobile application projects, support junior team members, and collaborate across departments to build high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Spearhead the development of mobile applications using React Native, optimizing for performance and scalability.

- Design and implement app features with smooth functionality across iOS and Android.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to define and build app features.

- Write efficient, maintainable code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.

- Conduct thorough code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide constructive feedback.

- Identify and resolve technical challenges, including performance and bug-related issues.

- Stay current on React Native developments and best practices to enhance team expertise.

- Support continuous improvement in development processes and tools.

Required Qualifications :


- 4+ years of experience developing with React Native.

- Strong knowledge of React Native, including hooks, context API, and basic state management.

- Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.

- Basic understanding of iOS native development (Objective-C/Swift) with some experience in bridging.

- Solid foundation in mobile app architecture and RESTful API integration.

- Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications :


- Experience with React Native animations, offline data storage, and push notifications.

- Basic understanding of server-side concepts (Node.js) and cloud platforms.

- Familiarity with design patterns and architectural principles like MVC or MVVM.
