  • Deal with project-related enquiries from the public, the press, and related organizations.
  • Commission or undertake relevant market research to support PR activity
  • Foster positive relationships with media outlets to pitch and identify media opportunities.
  • Oversee, or execute as needed, the development of internal electronic newsletter and other electronic communications.
  • Explore and evaluate new PR & Media opportunities that are on brand brief, cost effective and deliver the appropriate media exposure.
  • General media relations, ability to provide regular and relevant market intelligence and insights.
  • Experience in dealing with and accessing a variety of target markets including government bodies, real estate brokers and customers from a wide spectrum of wealth.
  • Expertise in developing strategic and tactical PR plans backed up by innovative ideas.
  • In conjunction with Events Manager and Social Media Executive, organize and attend promotional events such as press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours and visits.
