The candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption using the latest tools and platforms. The administrator will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop and deploy new business processes. This role is part administrator and part analyst. The Salesforce Administrator II will be responsible for the execution of the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of Salesforce.com applications.Roles and Responsibilities : Serve as primary system administrator for Salesforce.com applications Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks Provides advice and training to end-users Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests Work with management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative development, and change management activities Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements Complete internal system audits as needed Plan and coordinate testing changes, upgrades, and new services, ensuring systems will operate correctly in current and future environments Provides technical support Fully responsible for problem management activities such as issue resolution and root cause analysis Daily monitoring and maintenance activities The application of systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users, to determine hardware, software, or system functional specificationsSkills: Actively demonstrates the values of SPIRIT. Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into detail, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes Understands software and hardware requirements of varied departmental systems Understands the workflow and process requirements of complex application systems Demonstrated ability to be the subject matter expert in supporting, maintaining, and administering complex applications Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and knowledge of analytical tools Display and execute logical and complex troubleshooting methods Excellent verbal, written communication, and negotiations skills Demonstrated soft skills required such as presentation of ideas and clearly articulate the concepts to senior management Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Outstanding attention to detail with superior time and project management skills Ability to learn new content areas and new skills quickly and well requiredEducation and Experience: 5+years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified Strong understanding of Salesforce.com, best practices and functionality Strong understanding of Salesforce.com, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption Strong data management abilities A documented history of successful driving projects to completion A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred Expertise and experience in NetSuite are a plus Knowledge of Web Services and Services Oriented Architecture is desirableSalesforce Technologies: Salesforce CRM, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Components, Workflow & Approvals, Custom Objects, Apex Triggers, Apex Web Services, Case Management AutomationSalesforce Tools: Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Administrator Data Loader, Workbench, Gearset, Salesforce CLI, Visual Studio Code
