- Develop Chat bot models

- Develop strategic recommendation to drive business growth and improvement

- Ensure solution aligns with organizational technology strategy

- Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills

- Proficient in the use of MS office, MS project, vision and other collaboration tools

- Exceptional PowerPoint designing and presentation skills

- Experience with Contact center - Nice to have
