Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling our real estate properties to potential buyers. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the local real estate market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Present, promote, and sell properties using persuasive sales techniques.
  • Provide guidance and assist buyers in purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance throughout the sales process.
  • Negotiate contracts with potential buyers and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales activities, results, and forecast.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends, property pricing, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Must Have a Vehicle.
  • Real estate license or certification is a plus.
