Your title and responsibilities will be tailored to your experience level. - Portfolio: A strong portfolio is mandatory. - For Junior candidates, we encourage you to include personal, academic, or freelance projects that showcase your skills and creativity. - For Senior candidates, we expect a diverse portfolio of professional work in social media, branding (logos/packaging), and ideally, architectural graphics. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential. Senior candidates are expected to have expert-level mastery. - Design Fundamentals: A solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles. Senior candidates should demonstrate a deep and strategic application of these principles. - Soft Skills: Strong communication, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines. Senior candidates should also possess strong project management skills and the ability to interpret client briefs independently.Key Responsibilities- Design & Create: Produce a wide range of digital and print assets, including social media posts, stories, thumbnails, architectural presentations, logos, and packaging designs. - Collaborate: Work closely with our architecture, marketing, and video teams to create visually integrated and impactful campaigns and projects. - Brand Consistency: Uphold and contribute to a cohesive visual identity across all platforms and projects.
