You'll work on a variety of exciting tasks and collaborate with a team that values fresh perspectives and high-quality work.Requirements- Experience: We are open to a range of experiences, from recent graduates (0 years) to seasoned professionals (2+ years). Your title and responsibilities will be tailored to your experience level. - Portfolio: A strong portfolio is mandatory. - For Junior candidates, we encourage you to include personal, academic, or freelance projects that showcase your skills and creativity. - For Senior candidates, we expect a diverse portfolio of professional work in social media, branding (logos/packaging), and ideally, architectural graphics. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential. Senior candidates are expected to have expert-level mastery. - Design Fundamentals: A solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles. Senior candidates should demonstrate a deep and strategic application of these principles. - Soft Skills: Strong communication, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines. Senior candidates should also possess strong project management skills and the ability to interpret client briefs independently.Key Responsibilities- Design & Create: Produce a wide range of digital and print assets, including social media posts, stories, thumbnails, architectural presentations, logos, and packaging designs. - Collaborate: Work closely with our architecture, marketing, and video teams to create visually integrated and impactful campaigns and projects. - Brand Consistency: Uphold and contribute to a cohesive visual identity across all platforms and projects. Senior designers will take a leading role in developing and maintaining these standards. - Client Projects: Contribute to and handle client requests, translating abstract ideas into compelling visual solutions. - Innovation: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our creative output fresh and innovative.Nice to Have- Experience with 3D modeling or rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion). - Basic knowledge of motion graphics (Adobe After Effects). - Familiarity with print production processes and brand strategy. - Illustration or sketching skills.Whether you're just starting your design career or looking to take the next step, if you're passionate about creating stunning visuals in a dynamic, supportive environment, we encourage you to apply
