This role involves overseeing the development and execution of medical strategies, providing scientific and clinical support to various departments, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, regulatory bodies, and internal teams.Key Responsibilities:Medical Research Paper WritingMedical Protocol DesigningMedical Scientific Support: Provide scientific and clinical expertise to support product development, regulatory submissions, and marketing activities. Oversee the development of medical information and communication materials for internal and external use.Doctors and Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and regulatory authorities. Represent the company at scientific and medical conferences, meetings, and events.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with R&D, regulatory, marketing, and commercial teams to ensure the alignment of medical and business strategies. Provide medical insights to support market access and pricing strategies.Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze clinical data to support product positioning and differentiation. Prepare and present medical reports and insights to senior management.Qualifications and Experience: MBBS, with MD Pharmacology or Dermatology will be preferred. We may consider PhD, BDS, PharmD or equivalent in a relevant medical or scientific field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical affairs within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams. In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, clinical trials, and drug development processes.
