1. Basic knowledge about DMS (Document Management System) preferrable is iManage DMS

2. Basic knowledge on SQL queries

3. Experience on Application Support will be an added advantage

4. Basic experience on tickets handling or ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.

5. Knowledge on any cloud platform such as AWS, Azure will be added advantage

6. Manage application customization

7. Provide technical support / assistance to end users.

8. General software troubleshooting skills

9. Good communication skills
