Brief Description about the role:

The role will be based within the Electrical & Vehicle Engineering (EVE) Centre Of Competence, and part the team based within the Assisted & Automated Driving (AAD) Domain. We’re on a journey to transform the digital future of our brands, designing and building innovative systems and products for one of the world’s leading luxury automotive brands in new and exciting ways. We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master, to be part of an experienced, energetic high performing Agile organisation, who operate effectively within a complex and innovative stakeholder landscape.

Your primary responsibilities will be to support teams to evolve into high performing agile teams. You will enable theirself organisation capabilities and work with PO’s and other stakeholders to ensure attainable goals are set and delivered by your team. You will also be actively involved in mentoring and supporting other Scrum Masters across the business and a key player in the Community of Practice.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

This role will provide you with the opportunity to significantly influence the ADAS Domain direction, including:

  • Generate and present business reports to track project teams and overall program health
  • Drafting new and improving existing policies and processes to support and enhance smooth functioning of delivery teams
  • Analyzing project metrics to action continuous improvement
  • Supporting teams in removing impediments
  • Enabling teams to deliver business objectives
  • Ensures the voice of the teams is heard and understood
  • Generate and share reports on team performance, objectives and forecasts
  • Manage external product dependencies
  • Mentor and support other scrum masters

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

The role will fit you best if you have an experienced technical analyst background, including:

  • Strong leadership skills
  • Significant Scrum Master Experience
  • Significant experience working in a technical environment with cross functional teams
  • Signficant experience of facilitating all scrum ceremonies impeccably while adapting them to meet organisational and team needs appropriately
  • Experience in mentoring others
  • Ability to communicate with individuals from both technical and non-technical backgrounds and present content in a meaningful, clear and concise way
  • Ability to coach teams to be self organising and consistent velocity
  • Sound knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle processes and continuous delivery
  • Excellent data analysis and presentation skills
  • Experience with project management skills like, planning, tracking, issue reporting and escalating
  • Good exposure to stakeholder management, working with diverse and global team of partners and suppliers
  • Excellent MS office skills such on Excel, Power Point
  • Adept at various SDLC tool chains – most importantly Atlassian tools like JIRA, Portfolio and Confluence. Knowledge of Dassault (DSA) tool chain like TRM for requirement management is desirable
  • Experienced with Agile Frameworks – (SCRUM, Kanban, SAFE…)
  • Agile practitioner certification an advantage (PSM, CSM, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of Python scripting will be an advantage
  • Fluent in English
