Ltd. are a team of IT experts, who came with a promise of delivering technology-empowered business solutions.We provide world-class software and web development services that focus on playing a supportive role to your business and its holistic growth.Our highly-skilled associates and global delivery capabilities ensure the accessibility and scale to align client's technology solutions with their business needs.Our offerings span the entire IT lifecycle: from Consulting through Packaged, Custom, and Cloud Applications as well as a variety of Infrastructure Services.Job Description:Roles & Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a results-driven social media strategy aligned with company goals.- Manage and create content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube.- Work closely with the marketing and design teams to produce engaging graphics, videos, and campaigns.- Increase brand visibility and drive engagement through organic and paid campaigns.- Monitor social media trends, tools, applications, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.- Analyze key metrics, prepare monthly reports, and suggest improvements.- Handle online reputation management and community engagement.- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in managing social media accounts, preferably for an IT or tech company.- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.- Strong knowledge of current social media trends, best practices, and algorithms.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to improve performance.Preferred Skills:- Experience in B2B marketing and lead generation through social channels.- Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and content promotion.- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Sprout years (ref:iimjobs.com)
