Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources functions and support our sales organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, particularly within sales-driven environments. This role will focus on talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities :

Talent Acquisition and Recruitment :

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top sales talent.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future sales positions.

Performance Management :

- Design and implement performance management systems tailored to sales roles.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.

- Work with sales managers to identify high performers and develop career progression plans.

Employee Development and Training :

- Identify training needs and create development programs to enhance sales skills and competencies.

- Organize and deliver training sessions, workshops, and coaching for sales staff.

- Support leadership development initiatives for potential and current sales managers.

Employee Relations and Engagement :

- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that motivates.
