The ideal candidate will lead technical operations, ensure smooth backend services, integrate multiple databases, and enforce security and compliance best Responsibilities : - Lead and manage backend development operations using Node.js and frameworks like Express.js.- Ensure robust and scalable server-side applications for multiple integrated systems.- Apply asynchronous programming patterns efficiently and handle concurrency issues.- Integrate databases (MySQL, DB2, Oracle, or equivalent) and multiple data sources into cohesive backend systems.- Implement user authentication, authorization, and secure access controls across platforms.- Collaborate with front-end teams to support HTML5, CSS3, and server-side templating integration.- Implement messaging systems (Kafka or similar) and ensure seamless communication between services.- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize backend processes, ensuring security compliance and high Skills : Backend Development : Node.js, Express.js, Asynchronous Programming Languages : JavaScript, Core Databases : MySQL, DB2, Oracle (or Front-End Basics : HTML5, CSS3, server-side Security & Compliance : Authentication, authorization, secure coding Integration & Messaging : APIs, multiple data sources, Kafka/event-driven Leadership & Collaboration : Team management, Agile practices, CI/CD understanding (ref:hirist.tech)
