Job Role: Associate/ Sr. Associate

You should not apply if you:
- Have less than 1 year of experience
- Can’t handle multiple tasks
- Aren’t proficient in Hindi & English language
- Don’t have grievance management skills
- Aren’t familiar with basic computer knowledge
Skills Required:
- Proven experience of working in a similar role for minimum 2 years
- Candidates from E-Commerce and D2C companies will be given preference
- Excellent verbal and written English communications skills
- Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle pressure
- Able to work on google sheet and familiarity with google documents.
- Ability to work well with a team.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks and adjust quickly in short time frames.
What will you do?
- Answer calls, chats or emails professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions, are taken.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
- Take a Customer-focused approach to handle complaints and escalations.
- Identify Customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/ or alternatives. Building relationships.
- Understanding the unstated needs of the customer, asking relevant questions.
- Achieving the assigned target, following all SOPs
Work Experience: 2+ years
Working days: Monday - Saturday
Location: Okhla Phase I, Industrial area, Delhi (Work from Office)
