Location : Bangalore & Pune

Job Location: Pune & Bangalore


  • Provide leadership and management to software development teams and projects
  • Automotive/Embedded software project management experience required
  • Software Development background is must
  • Consult with client to understand and analyze project scope, project requirements, time, cost, projected benefits
  • Develop the project plan incorporating the resource, time, and skill level requirements
  • Schedule and assign resources to ensure that applications satisfy users needs and are completed within agreed upon time parameters
  • Provide metrics to management regarding project health, costs, efforts, defects
  • Monitor the status of the technical resources and tasks
  • Develop procedures for changing scope and project acceptance procedures
  • Develop review schedules and acceptance criteria at each phase of the project
  • Focus on value delivered to the customer, and constantly work with their client-facing counterparts
  • Foster an environment conducive to learning and development of skills
  • Generate more work / get leads for new projects
  • Good understanding of Automotive or Embedded domain
  • Familiarity with software engineering, process framework, testability, quality, etc.
  • Understand software architecture
  • Demonstrated Project Management and Resource Management skills


JD for C++ Linux


  • Experience in Automotive Infotainment domain.
  • Experience in C, Modern C++14/17, OOPs, Design patterns.
  • Knowhow with coding guidelines/standards (e.g. MISRA C/C++, CERT C/C++)
  • Experience in Multi-Threading, IPC, RPC: Thrift, DBUS, gRPC, Sockets.
  • Experience in Build tools like Make, CMake and Git workflow.
  • Experience in Linux, JDB, Valgrind, System Debugging skills.
  • Experience with API design, Real-Time Systems.
  • Experience in Creating Requirements, Design, UML Diagrams, Doxygen Documentation
  • Experience with Test-Driven Development, Google-Test, Robot Framework, Python. Shell
  • Understanding Infotainment System Architecture, Design Principles.
  • Know how on Agile Frameworks and tools: Scrum/Kanban, JIRA, Confluence, TMX, R4J


JD for C++ QT/QML/OpenGL


Education/Qualifications:

Master's degree in Computer Science, software engineering or related field; or equivalent work experience.

  • Experience in C/C++ programming.
  • Good hands on experience and knowledge in GUI development with Qt/QML.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, recognize and explain connections between cause-and-effect, and develop concrete, viable solutions, taking risks and obstacles into account.
  • Knowledge in developing UIs (Views, Widgets, Business Logic, etc.)
  • Familiar with developing Unit Tests and SW functional tests for own code.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement high quality software for series development.
  • Experienced in agile collaboration models (e.g. SCRUM/KANBAN)
  • Extensive knowledge in various UI frameworks and technologies for embedded and mobile platforms such as Qt, HTML5, OpenGL & EBGuide.
  • Experience in UI development for automotive In-Vehicle Infotainment applications preferred.
  • Experience working with automotive tier-1 suppliers a plus.
  • Good communication and team player skills.
  • Automotive Domain knowledge is a plus.


JD for Android BSP


  • · Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field
  • · At least 8+ years of experience in Android BSP development
  • · Strong knowledge of Android operating system, kernel, and device drivers
  • · Experience with Android BSP development tools such as AOSP, Android Studio, and Git
  • · Proficiency in C, C++ programming languages
  • · Good understanding of Linux kernel and device driver development
  • · Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills
  • · Strong communication and interpersonal skills
