Lead QA Engineer (5+Years)Responsibility :- Review of software requirements- Preparation of test cases- Execution of tests- Automation- Reporting of defects- Preparation of test reports- Communicating with Remote/Dev/DevOps team- Software Release and Configuration Support- Customer Issue Management- Team mentoring and leadingRequired Skills :- A good understanding of SDLC- A good understanding of bug life cycle- Good knowledge in SQL- Good knowledge in Linux- Should have team leading experience- Good writing skills (for documenting the process)- Good communications skills- Good presentation skills- A good understanding of selenium automation for Android and Web- Leadership skillsGreat to have skills : - knowledge of Github/bitbucket- Knowledge of tailing server error logs and console logs using firebug- Knowledge of Security testing- Knowledge of tools like JMeter, Postman, Putty- Any experience with customer supportQualifications :- Minimum Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in computer science- 5+ years of relevant experience- We are preferring immediate to 30 days joiners- Ability to multi task, organize and prioritize work- Good oral and written communication skills in EnglishPerks And Benefits :- Health insurance, Daily lunch, Stock option, Referral bonuses, Parental leave (ref:hirist.tech)
