Position: ServiceNow HRSD Consultant,

Location: Bangalore or Hyderabad (Onsite)

Duration: 6+ months

Job Description:

As a ServiceNow HRSD Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering functional elements of engagements across various industry sectors.

Ideally you will have the following:

- ServiceNow's Certified System Administration Certification and Certified Implementation Specialist - HRSD

- A minimum of 1 full ServiceNow implementation lifecycle experience

- Experience in all project phases, from Design through to Deploy

- Experience with Excel and PowerPoint

- Experience or exposure to other leading HCM technologies such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, etc.

The successful candidate will ideally have the following experience:

- A strong understanding of the relationship between HRSD and other ServiceNow modules

- Preferred experience with the HR function and HR processes and associated leading practices

- Strong Business Analysis and requirements gathering experience

- Strong understanding of common HR Services across businesses and how ServiceNow assists with these Services

As a ServiceNow HR Consultant, you should expect to be involved in the following:

- Gathering business requirements and discussing business shortcoming with various clients

- Build consensus around workflows and design and evaluating current systems and structures

- Communication of ServiceNow capabilities and discussing the current systems with the staff and observing systems at all levels of organisation

- Developing strategies and plans to achieve customer satisfaction and efficient use of business's resources
