Experience: 10+ years in Salesforce architecture and development
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Lead technical strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Oversee solution architecture, integration, and data strategy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements.
- Manage security, data model design, and performance tuning.
- Mentor development teams on best practices and system enhancements.
- Stay updated on Salesforce platform releases and technology advancements.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service Cloud, etc.).
- Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Experience with data modeling, architecture frameworks, and DevOps.
- Salesforce Certified Architect or similar certification preferred.
