Technical Responsibilities:


  • Experience in working on feasibility studies, basic, and detailed engineering of grey/blue and green ammonia plants is required.


  • Ability to support process licensors in preparing Process Design and Basic Engineering Packages for these plants.


  • Key activities will involve preparing PFDs with mass and energy balance, P&I diagrams, equipment sizing, instrument specifications, and other process engineering calculations.


  • During the detailed engineering phase, the job will involve carrying out various detailed engineering activities, including technical procurement of critical packages.


  • Ability to support in commissioning and guarantee test runs is necessary.


  • Ability to support technical sales and proposals of ammonia technology/plants in India and abroad is required.


  • Knowledge of special equipment, machinery, and package units in ammonia plants is required.


  • Experience in carrying out PDP/BEP of ammonia plants is preferred.


  • Candidates with experience in engineering of ammonia plants or those from technical services of ammonia manufacturing units, with deep process involvement, can also apply.


Qualification: BE Chemical

Experience: 7 to 12 years of experience in Ammonia plants and technology
