Job Description :

We're looking for Head - (IT & SAP) with strong SAP Functional experience in FI, MM, SD,PS module and IT Infrastructure management experience. The incumbent must have integration experience of SAP and Non-SAP applications. This role will be based at Mumbai (BKC) office and candidate will have to visit Plant located at Raigarh, Chhattisgarh 10-12 days in a month.

Responsibilities/Key Accountabilities :

- Implement Digital solution (Logistic Control Tower) in Supply Chain.

- Implementation of Transporter Properties.

- Develop and implementation enterprise security strategy and framework.

- Leading IT & Digital Team.

- Implementation of ISO 2700 Certification.

- Cyber Security implementation and VAPT Testing for IT Infra & Application.

- Integration between Automation software with SAP.

- Creation of Management Dashboards (CXO Dashboards, Biz KPIs).

- Enablement Paperless Workflow Automation for the organization.

- Preparation of IT & Digital Transformation Road Map for the organization.

- Ensure that all relevant digital initiatives are fully integrated into the strategic-planning process for leadership commitment, resource allocation and execution.

- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Requirements :

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in a similar role designing and launching digital platforms.

- Must have strong experience in SAP and Non-SAP application integration.

- Strong experience in SAP - MM, FICO, PP, SD modules.

- Must have prior experience of Logistic / supply chain Automation process development.

- Having Multiple Technology Delivery Experience, Business and process acumen, Experience Handling Governance, Innovation & Change Management, Exposure to Best Practices.

- Having Knowledge on Digital Mining, Knowledge of RFID, GPS, AI, RPA, Analytics Tool, R, Python, IT-OT integration etc.

- Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation projects.

- Understand core business processes and associated technical solutions.

- Have an innovative and disruptive mind-set, constantly looking forward.

- Proven influencing and collaboration skills

- Excellent analytical and observation skills.

- Excellent time management skills and understanding the value of a baseline

- Innovative thinking and leadership with an ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams.

- Experience with contract and vendor negotiations and management.
