  • To manage and monitor the capex budget of the company, maintain proper Fixed Assets Register and ensure accurate and timely accounting of all capex across locations


  • To assist the manager in payable function


  • To manage the finalization of employee trust accounts


  • To handle prepaid expense and lease related accounting


  • To coordinate with the IT team for automation and digitization drive for building an efficient MIS system


  • Identify areas for process improvement within the accounts function including but not limited to SAP, Internal control Systems, etc.


  • Coordinate and prepare domestic sales and marketing spending analytics and related MIS and act as a business partner with the marketing team and provide the required support


  • To monitor and process foreign payments along with required compliances


  • To assist in annual accounts finalization activities including vetting of annual report
