  1. About the Job –Looking for BA RPA and knowledge in AI Automation. Good hands on Agile methodology ,writing user stories and getting requirement from offshore.
  2. Job Title – Business analyst RPA
  3. Experince-10+years
  4. Location: Bangalore ,Noida ,Chennai, Pune, Mumbai ,Hyderabad
  5. Responsibilities –
  • 10 - 15 years of experience in RPA and AI automations
  • Experience in Blueprism is desirable, knowledge will be helpful.
  • Fit gap analysis
  • Present possible representation and solutions to customer
  • Expert in working in Agile
  • Expert of automations and can work in matrix environments
  • Experience interacting with all levels
  • Educational background in Pharma, Medical or Biotechnology will be desirable
  • Create BRD, SRS, Epics, User stories for software products/ applications
  • Handle CRs and documentations, user demo and getting approvals

6.Required– Mandate skill are Business analyst,RPA-Blueprism , AI,Agile methodology, Create BRD, SRS, Epics, User stories

  • Requirements –

Excellent verbal and written communication and documentation capabilities, depicting requirements visually

Facilitate requirement prioritization as per business values, get ambiguity cleared

Driving customer towards innovative solution, manage perception and expectations

Provide value addition in each interaction

Link between business and technology teams

Negotiation capabilities
